其实关于幽默的研究，外国的文献当中已经多得不能再多了，大家可以看末尾的书单，自己去找来看。
新东方老师的幽默，其实不一定是学得来的。幽默的人大多是智商方面比较突出的人，其实这个问题的重点不是新东方，而是智商高的人群如何产生了幽默感。
幽默有很多种类型，如果硬是要学习，其实在课堂上有很多成文的做法可以参考。例如：
一、笑话自己：对自己的嘲笑绝对是强大内心的体现。所以，用自己过去的糗事当例子，最有效果。例如，俞敏洪老师多次在各类场合说起自己大学的糗事，其他人觉得很好笑，可是俞敏洪老师并不觉得当回事。人都是这样，笑话别人的时候觉得很爽，可真心有自信笑话自己带着笑看过去的人不多。
二、把幽默的元素放进小测验和作业当中：这是为了反差，载体越严肃，就越好笑。反差永远是幽默的主要元素，可以做语言的反差，忽然从高语域降到低语域，也可以是载体的反差。这个原则写给大家，可是使用的时候就要看智商了。道理多得是，可操作起来差别就大了。
三、在教室的角落设立“语录墙”：把自己和学生说过的经典台词记录下来。这一点多少有增强学生social belonging感觉的作用。
四、设立一个“笑话星期五”：或者是任何的某一天，大家都要那一个笑话来分享。
五、设立某些“搞怪日”：例如“怪诞帽子星期一”，“不对称袜子星期三”等等。
六、幽默读书会：让学生把好笑的书拿来一起欣赏。
另外加一条，嘲笑自己是比较保险的，千万不要嘲笑学生，那是极其冒险而不专业的表现。
推荐一本书： Step by Step to Stand-up Comedy, by Greg Dean. 这本书拆解了笑话的结构，让你不用太有天赋，就能写出笑话。因为幽默是有配方的，分析很有趣。
