1994年上映的肖申克的救赎讲述了上世纪40年代末，青年银行家安迪因涉嫌杀害妻子及她的情人而锒铛入狱。在肖申克的监狱内，他认识了瑞德，在这座被体制化的监狱里，安迪并没有放弃对外界的向往。他利用自己专业知识，帮助监狱高层逃税，并一步一步计划着自己的越狱计划。在一个电闪雷鸣的夜晚，他成功的逃脱了，而这时已经是19年后。

19年，可以改变一个人的命运，一个家庭的分崩离析，一个国家的兴亡。19年的监狱生活会让大部分人感到绝望而麻木。记得鲁迅先生曾经弃医从文的事情吗？曾几何时，鲁迅自认为在战争年代，如果自己懂得了医术。就会让更多的像父亲一样的病人活下去，只要活下去就有希望。然而事实并非如此，有的人即使救了，也是好了伤疤忘了疼，因为他们的心思已经固化了，改变不了了。他们认为就应该这样受欺负，就应该被压迫。这同肖申克的救赎里监狱的大众角色一样，体制化的生活让人麻木而平静地活着。这份平静可以轻松的毁灭一个人对生活的向往。

影片里最被监狱体制化影响的恐怕非监狱图书馆馆长莫属了。馆长在监狱里生活了大半辈子。对于他来说，这已经不是一个监狱这么简单，而是一个可以让他生活的地方，一个让他觉得自己尚且有用并能实现自我价值的地方。他作为一个图书管理员，每天要做的就是借别人书，这份工作让他觉得充实且有意义。到最后，他出狱的那天不仅没有太高兴，反而在陌生的街道上看到庞然大物的汽车觉得恐惧，那是对社会的恐惧。试想在今天，如果有两天不接触手机，我们的生活也许就脱轨了。最后脱轨的图书管理员也在宾馆自杀了。

瑞德同样是被体制化严重的人。他号称肖申克的监狱里就没有他获得不了的东西。虽然人在监狱，但资源人脉甚是广泛。在同安迪一开始的交流中，他甚至流露出一份自豪。如果不是安迪的出现，也许瑞德一辈子就要在这里生活下去。

好在安迪出现了，在这部电影中，安迪就代表中永恒不灭的希望！

这句饶有深意的对话是安迪对瑞德说的。在谈到对未来的向往中，瑞德仿佛没什么诉求。一成不变的生活已经固化，未来还是监狱。然而安迪提醒了他，人这一生只有两种状态。活和死。然而过程却是各不相同。只要对生活还有信念就还有希望。

小编觉得这是整部剧最大的亮点，也许从一开始我们就知道安迪是什么样的人，需要扮演什么样的角色。对他来说，我们知道他的结局就是希望。然而瑞德不是，从一开始的老油条到后来的洗心革面，他经历的不比安迪简单。那个洗尽铅华的瑞德在新人监狱高层那里说出了这段话，是大彻大悟。

这部电影鸡汤百出，大道理听多了也会感到厌倦。然而在这部剧中，我却没有感到丝毫的不适。一切都是那么温情感动，安迪嘴里的话是生活的强心剂，是未来的希望。瑞德嘴里的话是每个平凡的人最真切的感受，有时候我们被同话了连自己都不知道，有时候从绝望到希望是多么痛苦的过程。这些都是电影带给我们的惊喜和感动！
