We are facing a dark time right now我们正面临着黑暗时刻 Some of us are stuck at home 我们中有些人不得不禁足在家Some are stuck far away from home有些人不得不滞留他乡 Some of us have lost their jobs我们中有人失去了工作Some have to shut down their businesses有人关停了赖以为生的生意 Some of us are cutting down the expenses 我们中有人不得不缩减开支Some can’t even pay their rent and bills 有人甚至支付不起房租和账单 Some can’t go back to school我们中有人无法回到学校Some can’t get back to their jobs有人无法回到工作岗位 And some of us are still working day and night我们中有人必须日夜坚守no matter how exhausted they are 无论多么疲惫Or how dangerous it is.抑或多么危险 Some of us have become infected. 我们中有人被感染They were isolated from their families, their loved ones他们不得不离开家人和所爱之人and have to be alone in the wards独自在病房面对恐惧Or even worse, it is their children, parents, or loved ones that are infected 甚至更遭的是，被感染的是他们的孩子、父母或者爱人and they don’t even have a chance to say goodbye 他们甚至来不及当面道别那我们能从这第一部分演讲中学到什么呢？

奥巴马也曾经使用过这个方法。在奥巴马竞选获胜演讲《Yes，we can》中，有这么一段内容：
It's the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled — Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been a collection of red states and blue states; we are, and always will be, the United States of America.无论年龄，无论贫富，无论民主党人或共和党人，无论黑人、白人，无论拉美裔、亚裔、印地安人, 无论同性恋、异性恋，无论残障人、健全人，所有的人，他们向全世界喊出了同一个声音：我们并不隶属 “红州”与 “蓝州”的对立阵营，我们属于美利坚合众国，现在如此，永远如此！你会发现，在奥巴马的这段表述中，他可以直接简单的说，“我们所有人”，但他没有，他尽量罗列了各种的人，想要试图点到所有的人，试图通过这样“看见每一个人”的方式，和听众建立连接。
这个方法我们可以怎么用？
如果你是一个企业负责人或者领导，你需要对着所有的员工说话时，你能试着用这样“看见每一个人”的方式具体的说出来吗？
比如，我知道这段时间我们正处在生死边缘，我看到你们有的做了...，有的...，有的...有的...；你不是一个人在担忧
比如，我们今天取得的成绩是所有人的功劳，我知道XX部门为了...做了...，我知道XX部门为了...做了...，我知道部门为了...做了...
相信这样的表述会比笼统的概括来的更有力量，更能打动人心。
我们再来看看第二部分

在这里作者完全可以说：你不是一个人在担忧、恐惧和苦苦支撑。但她选择重复三次“你不是一个人”
同样后面也对It's a war重复了三遍。
甚至we shall fight against...重复了6次。
重复，直至深入人心。
再来看看第三部分。
