现在还不存在值得看100遍的电影或书籍。什么叫值得？从经济学角度来说至少要关注成本和收益问题吧，看100遍电影，得一两百小时吧，但是收获呢？看书至少得一两百天吧，花了半年时间就看一本书，就算能倒背如流收获也是非常有限的。人世间那么多美好的事物等着我们去体验，跟何况读万卷书不如行万里路，人在自己的事业上可以孜孜不倦，精益求精，但是在兴趣爱好上没必要太专注，而且集中在一本书或一部电影太不明智。
如果说值得多看几遍的电影还是可以推荐几部的：肖申克（情节处理非常优雅，不做作，看多了也不觉得隔应），泰坦尼克号（细节处理很用心，值得回味），宫崎骏经典系列（节奏欢快明朗，每次看都是一次心灵按摩）等等……。据说国外一老太太看了ET外星人100遍，但是我并不推荐，太老的电影制作手法还是不够精良，年轻人会不喜欢。如果因为烧脑的话记忆碎片、蝴蝶效应、穆赫兰道、盗梦空间可以反复看几遍，因为一两遍真是看不懂。
全球出版量最多的书是圣经和主席语录，不建议迷信，但是修身养性还是不错的。而主席最爱的书是资治通鉴，据说看了多遍爱不释手，需要斗争的可以多看看。
《肖申克的救赎》真的是一部传世经典，虽然上映那一年没有拿到最佳影片，但是经得起时间沉掉的才是好电影，里面那舒缓的节奏，经典的台词对白，演员的经典演技，真是耐人寻味......
安迪在监狱很快和瑞德成为了好朋友，他们互相倾诉内心，对自己的见解看法，仔细的分享，从这里看出瑞德是一个被体制化的人，但是在安迪的教导下他有了自己的一点突破。
安迪在监狱的生活也有被欺负，前两年被打也是家常便饭，但他仍旧能坚持自己的内心，真的很不容易。
安迪的出色能力得到赏识，让老布笑尿了，佩服的五体投地啊，可爱的老布演技很在线。
安迪喜欢音乐的美妙，虽然知道会被惩罚，关禁闭，但是他还是这么做，他详细音乐的美妙之处不会被消亡。
被侮辱，被欺骗，安迪的内心已经有了主意，他应该按照自己的方法离开肖申克，一场预谋已久的计划要实施了，好紧张。
